Product Description:
Our AJ PulseAir Dust Collectors are an exclusive APCINFRA design. Designed here in WA, our customers both locally and globally love this model.
Utilising CFD analysis, they feature a custom designed internal dropout chamber, which prevents dust re-entrainment. As such, you will not suffer poor performance from typical dust collector designs that dramatically shorten the life of filter elements. Additionally, we’ve designed a maintenance platform for access to the reverse pulse valve system, a feature missing from many other designs.
The AJ PulseAir Dust Collector utilises the latest, state-of-the-art cleaning technology, delivering a superior cleaning of the filter elements than our competitors. Furthermore, it is designed with the fan generally mounted at ground level and features a quick release bag system. This means, simpler and safer maintenance.
The AJ PulseAir Dust Collectors are highly configurable and can be customised to be suit your requirements.
APCINFRA specialises in the custom design of these units through our in-house engineering and design capability. Therefore, we can design to satisfy all International and Australian Standards. We have custom designed units from 30m2 of filter area to a massive 1,200m2 (or 200,000m3/hr of suction), as standard designs.
We also offer the AJW Series which is specifically designed for wood work dust.
