 Wood, Paper & Pulp

Nitrogen oxides, sulphur oxides and carbon dioxide are all emitted during pulp and paper manufacturing, in addition to measurable quantities of PBTs such as lead, hexachlorobenzene, dioxins and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

There are other important releases to air by the wood, pulp and paper industry, including fine particulate matter, which can have a serious effect on the health of the workforce. APCINFRA has worked with the industry to control these emissions, ensuring that the various processes have no deleterious impacts on personnel.
