SRC Side Removal Cartridge Dust Collector
Product Description:
Our SRC Reverse Pulse Dust Collectors are of a very compact construction but still provide reliable working performance. They come with self-contained, top mounted fan(s) and can be fitted with an acoustic chamber for those if required. Nevertheless, the installation on site is quick and easy as only power and inlet duct need to be connected for the SRC to operate.
The APCINFRA SRC Dust Collector series are designed as a central dust collector for dust extraction systems.
The centrifugal fan gets mounted to the clean side of the dust collector. In that position, it places the dust collector under negative pressure. Due to the pressure, air gets sucked through the external ducting and carries the waste material with it until it delivers it to the SRC Central Dust Extraction Plant. From there, large particles drop out into the drop out chamber wile the remaining air-borne fine particles end up in the filters. A Reverse Pulse Cleaning System keeps the filters clear, which can be configured for a constant feed basis, or alternatively on demand. The hopper, at last, collects the waste product at the bottom of the dust extractor. It is important that the user removes the waste material in the bin periodically.
