PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our AX Inclined Cartridge Dust Collector is designed as a Central Dust Collector for dust extraction systems. They are therefore made for heavy industrial applications.
What makes them so special? A lot of things. For example the centrifugal fan mounted to the clean side of the Dust Collector, placing it under negative pressure. Furthermore, it has got the option for a built-in drop out chamber to reduce the dust-loading before the cartridge filters. The reverse pulse cleaning system operates either on a constant feed basis or alternatively on demand, while the fan is running. The waster hopper of the AX is located at the bottom of the Dust Extractor which is isolated using a slide gate. There is also the options of a discharge acoustic silencer as well as a remote automated operational capability such as a remote control room or else. Last but not least, the models of the AX Inclined Cartridge Dust Collector range from 1,700m3/hr up to 170,000m3/hr.
