PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Cyclone Separators are designed to remove solids like dust from the fluidising air stream. There are no moving parts, however the flow path of the incoming air creates a vortex within the cylindrical chamber to force the solid particles out of the air stream, where they fall into a collector. They come in a wide range of sizes from as little as 300mm in diameter to an impressive 3m. Not only do they range in size, but also in operating temperature. Cyclone separators can be designed for normal to high operating temperatures. Consequently, they come in various linings as required, such as but not only rubber or ceramic.
