PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our AM Modular Bag Dust Collector’s uniquely design allows the assembling of units in a manner similar to building blocks. There is almost no limit to the size of the collector. The systems are available from a single module with 72 bags to multiple modules with unlimited bags. We can therefore offer a wide range of AM Models to suit everyone. In addition to the different sizing, we can offer modules in six different filter lengths. Those help to accommodate different airflows. Every Module is specifically designed to achieve the optimal airflow for the system.
In brief, these units feature a unique bolt on modular design. Those modules can ship within a standard shipping container which makes shipping easy and very cost efficient. In addition to saving money on freight, the whole unit can be erected and commissioned rapidly on site due to its easy way of construction. The components of each module are fitted in the factory and simply have to be bolted together on site – no welding required. The standard design also incorporates an access platform and hinged easy access doors on top of the dust collector. In combination with the features tool-free installation of filter bags and cages, it makes changing filter elements as easy as possible. Usually, standard filter bags and cages are used. However, Pleated bags are available which have 3 times more filter area than the standard needle felt bags.
